WELDMART - WELDING BAYS

Welding processes present potentially serious risks which can harm the welders’ health.
Weldmart design every “WeldBays” to answer the needs of industrial facility or training
centre. Welding can generate metal particulates and toxic gases, including ozone, nitrogen
oxides and carbon monoxide. Welding bays are design to provide spaces against welding
spatters and sparks from associated grinding and finishes processes. The bays not only
provide the necessary protection to personnel within the welding areas but also greatly
improves fire safety by limiting the spread of hot spatter and sparks. A PVC welding curtain at
the front of the welding bay also assist in reducing the spread of noise.
