COURSE OVERVIEW

This Basic Occupational First Aid & AED Training is designed to equip employees with essential life-saving skills and knowledge to respond confidently during workplace emergencies. Participants will learn how to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and manage various injuries such as bleeding, burns, fractures, and choking incidents.

The course follows the guidelines set by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) and is suitable for all workplace environments. Through a combination of theory and hands-on practice, participants will gain the competencies required to act effectively in the critical moments before professional medical help arrives.
