COURSE OVERVIEW

At the end of the course, trainees should be able to understand and practise the sop of handling machines such as surface grinding. Trainees will also be exposed to the basic techniques of preparing the machines and equipment layout in the workshop.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the course, the participants will be able to:

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skill to use the surface grinder.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skill to perform grinding operations on a flat surface.
• Demonstrate the knowledge and skill to operate the surface grinder and dress grinding wheels and grinding a flat.
• Step, and slot milling etc.
