VR Welding Simulation Specification:

• The system consists of a different welding processes and positions, welding mask, and 6G welding jig.
• Welding processes SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and GTAW (AC/DC)
• It has an actual GMAW, GTAW, SMAW welding torches.
• Welds according to at least 6 welding positions up to 6G pipe
• Base materials for carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
• Welding positions: 2F,3F,4F,1G,2G,3G,4G,5G,6G
• Welding positions: PA, PB, PC, PD, PF/PG, PE, PH/PJ
• Ethernet or wireless access to all data with Teacher’s Software
• Video of the exercise can be store on the simulator device.
• Data can be transfer to the teacher’s software computer.
• Welds up to 4 passes for each process
• Weld seams option for flat, zigzag, triangular crescent, and circular
• Welds right to left or left to right for left- or right-hand user.
• Software can be updated when available.
